As a Marine Corps veteran and a dedicated mental health counselor, I am deeply passionate about supporting veterans, first responders, and individuals grappling with trauma, depression, and anxiety. I offer individual and group therapy for adults and adolescents (14+ years old).
I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) in my practice. These evidence-based approaches enable me to assist clients in processing distressing experiences and fostering meaningful change. I want to create a supportive and empathetic environment where clients can explore their challenges and work toward their personal goals.
Through our work together, I aim to empower individuals to reclaim their strength and navigate life’s complexities with greater confidence and hope.
