As a dedicated second-year counseling student at Western Seminary, I am passionate about supporting adults and teens in their mental health journeys. With training in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Gottman’s Method Couples Therapy, I bring a strong foundation in evidence-based practices to foster healing and growth. I am eager to intern at a counseling practice where I can apply my skills, empathy, biblical worldview, and commitment to helping clients navigate their challenges and build stronger relationships.
I am celebrating a decade with my husband this year, and we’re raising three wonderful children. My greatest joy comes from spending quality time with family and friends, gardening, reading, and serving in my church.
