I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington State. I work with adults and teens (15+ years old) to reach their goals in healing, wholeness and well-being. Areas of focus include: trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, depression, relationships, spiritual abuse, boundaries, and identity. My desire is to create a safe space for clients to process their thoughts, feelings, and emotions towards healing. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR therapy, and integrate a biblical worldview and spirituality into therapy as much as the client feels comfortable.
Seeking help for life’s challenges can be difficult. I commend you for taking a courageous step. As a current military service member, I also have a special appreciation for our veterans and first responders who have courageously and sacrificially served. Regardless of your background, it is a privilege to come alongside and help you address the challenges you are facing. There is hope.
Personally, I have been married for 22 years and have five children. I have served as a chaplain in healthcare/hospice for 19 years and in the Oregon Army National Guard for 12 years. I enjoy spending time with family, playing baseball, small building projects and traveling.
