Trauma-informed counseling requires an understanding of how our minds and bodies process and store trauma. I have sought modalities that are the most effective, long-lasting, and efficient methods to treat stress and trauma.

I work with adolescents, adults, and couples, providing cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, EMDR therapy, and Neuromodulation. Each of these modalities has a unique way of addressing how trauma is stored. Cognitive therapy and EMDR address core beliefs. Neuromodulation rebalances the brain and nervous system for relief from anxiety, depression, insomnia, and trauma responses.

Reaching out for help can be challenging, but it can also be the most rewarding act of courage you can do for yourself. Building trust and a strong therapeutic relationship is the essence of therapy. I integrate biblical principles into my counseling sessions. As a mother of seven children and the wife of a veteran first responder, I have the understanding and lived experience to walk alongside clients. I look forward to listening to you, understanding what you are experiencing, and walking alongside you to meet your goals.
