With over 21 years of Active-Duty military service, I bring a deep understanding of the unique challenges that come with balancing duty, family, work, and personal well-being. My time in uniform taught me invaluable lessons in resilience, adaptability, and strong interpersonal communication—skills that now guide my work as a counselor.
I have experienced military life from multiple perspectives, including as a service member and as a military spouse. Because of this, I understand the complex dynamics that affect individuals, couples, and families navigating demanding schedules, transitions, relocations, and high-stress environments. Faith has played an important role in my own resilience, especially during challenging seasons of military life. I honor each client’s beliefs and am committed to supporting your healing journey in a way that aligns with your values.
My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build healthier coping strategies, and find strength in their own stories. Whether you’re managing stress, working through life changes, or seeking personal growth, I am here to walk alongside you with empathy, respect, and practical tools to help you move forward.
